Do You Have A Healthy Relationship?

Every relationship has it's up and downs, but a healthy relationship will learn how to overcome problems and solve them!


Here are 10 Ways to have a healthy relationship..

  • Listen - here you will understand what your partner likes and dislikes.
  • Communication - YOU must communicate what you want/like and don't want, express your feeling!  Please don't assume your partner should know or understand without first communicating it. 

  • Encourage each other - This will make your love grow stronger 
  • If you are wrong say "Sorry"/admit your mistake" - don't let your ego get in the way, humble yourself
  • Give each other space - Just because you are in a relationship, does not mean you two have to do everything together.  We all need alone time.
  • No Secrets - this will cause a lot of problems and trust issue.  Open up to your partner/spouse if it is a serious relationship.
  • Enjoy Sex - I can't express how important this is.  This is the closest two people can get so enjoy!

  • Go on Dates - Remember when you two first met, sometimes you have to revisit the dating game with each other.







  • Do something new and/or exciting - sometimes we get caught up in the everyday routine, we even get bored with the same vacations.  Do something different! 
  • Support one another - whether you agree with your partners decision, support them!
